Important Note
All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Since we deal in premium perfumes and luxury fragrances, hygiene and authenticity are our top priorities.
🔹 Refunds are generally not applicable; however, exchanges may be offered under certain conditions as outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchange
To request an exchange:
- The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Exchange is applicable only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective packaging or leakage
📌 The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging at the time of return.
❌ Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for exchange or refund.
Exchange Process
- Share proof (pictures or videos) of the damaged/incorrect product within 2 days of delivery.
- Once verified, send the product back in its original condition.
- After inspection, a replacement will be dispatched promptly.
Shipping & Charges
- ✅ Free shipping across Pakistan for new online orders or purchases of 2 or more perfumes.
- 🔹 In case of an exchange request (customer’s mistake), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund or balance.
- 🔹 If the issue is from our side (damaged or wrong product), the exchange will be free of cost.
